📋 Description

• Own marketing projects from business need through launch • Clarify audience, objective, message, and deliverables; recommend an approach and produce the work • Create sales materials, presentations, one-pagers, graphics, website pages, and emails • Write captions and design social posts for integrated campaigns • Build campaign landing pages and website updates in Webflow • Check mobile presentation and complete quality reviews before launch • Build email campaigns, audience segments, forms, and nurture workflows in HubSpot • Check automation logic, tracking, and lead capture before launch • Define scope, dependencies, timelines, and review milestones across brands • Manage competing requests, recommend tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders informed • Gather input from business leaders, sales, and subject matter experts • Resolve feedback and secure necessary approvals • Use AI in research, writing, design exploration, and repeatable workflows • Review campaign engagement, conversions, and lead activity • Recommend changes to messaging, assets, and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of independently delivering complete marketing campaigns and collateral, including projects that began with an open-ended business request • Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, writing, and digital production skills, with clear evidence of personal contribution • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva • Hands-on Webflow experience building and maintaining pages, working with a CMS, and checking responsive layouts • Hands-on HubSpot experience building campaigns, segmentation, forms, workflows, and performance reporting • Strong messaging and editing judgment • Ability to adapt work to different brands, audiences, and business objectives • Ability to scope projects, manage competing priorities, resolve routine decisions, and follow through with limited supervision • Practical experience using AI tools to support production and improve workflows • Resume and three relevant work samples required • Employment contingent upon satisfactory verification of a general and criminal background check • Authorization to work in the United States and visa sponsorship status are requested in the application
