📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, overseeing project delivery and customer satisfaction • Lead by example, demonstrating a bias toward action and achieving business goals • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and urgency • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, providing guidance and resolution • Own team training and enablement in collaboration with the technical team • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting of project-related metrics • Represent the Professional Services organization in customer-facing engagements • Conduct regular project reviews, root cause analyses, and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience • Comprehensive knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity with commensurate leadership experience • Capability to manage multiple teams, ensure alignment with company goals, and drive performance improvements • Advanced reporting capabilities with Excel or other BI software • Previous use of PSA software or other related professional services software • Excellent managerial and organizational skills, strong decision-making, and resource allocation • Strong consultative communication skills with customers and internal/external stakeholders • Proven effectiveness in business troubleshooting and problem-solving • Confidence speaking to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences • Strong interpersonal communication and writing abilities • Up to 25% travel time required
