📋 Description

• Oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs, including in-house and contract therapy providers • Mentor and train Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy staff • Recommend rehabilitation-program efficiencies and monitor operations for adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, policies, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts • Visit facilities as needed to support operations and program management • Review patient charts and electronic health record systems in Net Health EMR, PCC EMR, and PointRight • Attend CSR facility meetings and Triple Check meetings as needed • Monitor therapy staffing ratios, therapist duties, iQIES violation reports, and PointRight outliers • Communicate operational compliance best practices and provide education to regional facilities • Participate in mock surveys, annual state licensing surveys, complaint visits, and plans of correction • Assist with CMS report review and education, including Pepper, QM, VBP, 5 Star, and QRP reports • Support administrators and the Regional Vice President of Operations in achieving results • Complete operational reviews and report findings to the RVPO and PACS Clinical Strategy and Governance Team • Provide training and education to facility leaders • Reinforce PACS Therapy Best Practices, including Standardized Testing and Annual Screens • Assist with month-end closeout and Triple Check preparation • Support regional initiatives and third-party reviews, including CERTs, ADRs, ALJ hearings, and UPIC defense • Report compliance concerns, including fraud, waste, abuse, and Code of Conduct violations, to the Chief Compliance Officer • Report facility therapy performance metrics monthly • Assist with therapy-staff and DOR interviews, evaluations, and performance improvement plans • Assist with acquisitions, transitions, and conversion of contract programs to in-house therapy programs • Assist with RNA training and certification • Oversee therapy consultants and vendors • Assist with special projects • Assist in supervision of DORs, staff therapists, and regional therapy support staff/consultants as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Language Pathology at a minimum • Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and/or Speech Language Therapist • Maintain a license in good standing with the state board at all times • Meet continuing education requirements per state practices • CPR certification • RAC-CT Credential within 1 year of hire • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care • Prior regional experience preferred • Ability to travel by car, plane, or train when necessary • Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including frequent standing/walking, pushing/pulling, and handling substantial force
