• Serve as the US commercial owner of the Intismeran end-to-end operational ecosystem • Design, integrate, and optimize capabilities, processes, and stakeholder interactions supporting the treatment journey from order through administration • Define and lead operational strategy and governance for launch readiness, commercial execution, future growth, and scalability • Own operational workflows, digital orchestration, sample and tissue operations, logistics coordination, customer support, and treatment journey integration • Lead cross-functional alignment across internal functions, alliance stakeholders, sequencing providers, distributors, and treatment sites • Provide strategic oversight of the Treatment Site Operations Coordinator capability • Establish and oversee KPIs, service-level objectives, dashboards, demand planning, capacity planning, risk management, and executive reporting • Lead operational governance and control tower activities, resolving barriers, exceptions, and capacity constraints • Build future-state capabilities, analytics, orchestration technologies, process innovations, and operational readiness • Lead the Individualized Therapy Operations organization, including treatment journey strategy, centralized coordination, manufacturing demand planning, partner management, and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS) • Minimum of 8 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries, including leadership experience in complex therapy operations or operational strategy roles • Demonstrated success designing and leading complex operating models coordinating multiple internal functions and external partners • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, market access, IT, and external partner organizations • Experience building and scaling operational capabilities, governance structures, operating procedures, customer support models, orchestration platforms, analytics, and performance management systems • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Experience establishing and managing KPIs, dashboards, capacity planning processes, and operational performance metrics • Excellent communication and executive presence • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Preferred: MBA or equivalent • Preferred experience supporting commercialization of complex therapies, including cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models • Preferred experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, case management systems, workflow technologies, operational control towers, or customer support ecosystems • Preferred experience in manufacturing demand planning, integrated business planning, supply chain operations, or capacity management • US and Puerto Rico residency required • Required skills include commercial operations management, cross-functional project management, data analysis, market access, oncology, oncology marketing, operating models, operational architecture, operations management, executive presence, and healthcare personnel marketing
