📋 Description

• Partner with the Principal Product Manager (FedRAMP & DoD) to align federal customer demands with internal product capabilities and long-term roadmaps • Translate complex federal customer requirements, compliance standards, and mission needs into actionable plans for product and engineering teams • Oversee and drive delivery of critical programs for US Federal clients, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope • Coordinate between the US Federal Sales team and internal product organizations • Monitor program health and identify delivery bottlenecks or FedRAMP and DoD compliance risks • Implement solutions to keep programs on track • Explain technical constraints to sales teams and customers and communicate compliance needs to technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical program management, product execution, or related strategic roles • Proven experience operating cross-functionally and driving execution across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams without formal authority • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex technical and compliance realities into actionable business guidance • Experience supporting federal, defense, or highly regulated environments strongly preferred • Familiarity and working knowledge of FedRAMP and DoD IL5 compliance frameworks • Background in large-scale platform or cloud security solutions • Active or eligible U.S. Security Clearance strongly preferred • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
