📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts across therapeutic areas and target audiences • Work with the Group Scientific Director to provide strategic medical communication recommendations supporting brand goals • Independently lead execution of content development activities • Supervise Associate Scientific Directors • Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and other content-related tasks • Conduct background research, data-checking, and reference annotation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required • 5 or more years of relevant job experience with medical publications • Experience with manuscripts, posters, abstracts, podium presentations, scientific platforms, and publication extenders • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data • Ability to multitask and work independently • Ability to manage projects within tight deadlines • Experience with established professional medical editorial processes, including AMA style • Working knowledge of ethical guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP2022 • Oncology experience, including CAR-T and/or Multiple Myeloma, preferred • CMPP preferred
