📋 Description

• Lead and support Global Medical Affairs strategy and excellence initiatives across multiple clients and engagements • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, structured programs, and measurable outcomes • Drive enterprise-level and cross-functional initiatives with project-management rigor and accountability • Develop scalable, technology-enabled Medical Affairs operating models and solutions • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, scalability, workflow modernization, and continuous improvement • Establish and monitor performance metrics, SOPs, working instructions, and training • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients and Global Medical Affairs leaders • Oversee assigned projects and deliver strategic and operational guidance across Medical Affairs functions • Partner across EVERSANA business units to deliver integrated commercialization and medical solutions • Develop and execute Global Medical Affairs thought-leadership strategy and annual plans • Represent EVERSANA and Medical Affairs at professional meetings and associations • Support business development through RFPs, proposals, presentations, networking, and thought leadership • Develop capabilities presentations and technology demonstrations • Review and execute SOWs and contracts, including renewals • Own Medical Affairs services P&L and contribute to financial planning • Establish, lead, and develop the global Medical Affairs team and staffing model • Build onboarding processes, training, agency relationships, and consultant networks • Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requisitions • Build and scale high-performing teams and subject-matter experts • Mentor talent, oversee hiring and performance processes, and provide coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD, MD, or PhD required • 8–12+ years of pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience • Significant experience within biopharmaceutical organizations or applicable service providers • Diverse experience across Medical Strategy & Planning, Medical Communications/Publications, Medical Information, Medical Affairs Operations, Advisory Boards, IIS, and lifecycle management • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives and driving operational excellence and transformation • Strong project and program management capabilities • Proven ability to lead people, influence stakeholders, and deliver results through cross-functional teams • Experience in matrixed, fast-paced environments • Strategic and structured thinking connecting vision to execution • Focus on scalability, efficiency, quality, and measurable impact • Experience developing high-performing teams • Experience with Medical Information platforms, content and publication management systems, MSL tools, CRM platforms, digital engagement, and analytics tools • Experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, emerging technologies, and AI • Up to 20% travel • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
