Ocra provides an AI-powered revenue management system (RMS) and global distribution system (GDS) tailored for hotel parking, enabling dynamic pricing, channel management, centralized reporting, and integrations with parking OTAs. They also offer a fully managed revenue management service that works with on-the-ground hotel teams and parking marketplaces to optimize occupancy and pricing and turn parking assets into high-margin (70–80%+) revenue streams.

📋 Description

• Own delivery across product, engineering, and QA for a team of roughly ten people • Stay close to the work through design reviews, pull-request reviews, and occasional coding • Run the engineering system by unblocking dependencies, resolving ambiguity, and shortening the path to production • Build platform reliability through uptime targets, error budgets, and a sustainable on-call rotation • Scale high-volume ingestion, event pipelines, and APIs serving hundreds of locations across booking channels • Own the API surface, including partner integrations, access-control systems, third-party channels, versioning, contracts, deprecation, and documentation • Establish repeatable integration patterns for booking channels and access-control vendors • Improve CI/CD, environments, testing strategy, and observability • Partner with the AI team on data capture, event ingestion, and model-serving platform dependencies • Sequence the roadmap, surface tradeoffs, and make clear delivery decisions • Hire deliberately, set hiring standards, run the hiring process, and develop existing team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production software • 3+ years leading teams • Experience leading teams of approximately 5–15 people • Hands-on technical leadership, including the ability to debug systems • Depth in distributed systems and API platforms • Experience with services, queues, event streams, integration patterns, and durable data models • SRE experience with SLOs, incident command, capacity planning, and cost-aware infrastructure • Experience scaling traffic, data, or integrations • Third-party integration experience, particularly with inconsistent or poorly documented partners • Ownership of QA strategy, including automation, manual testing, and quality measurement • Clear written communication for design documents, incident writeups, and roadmap updates • Humility, curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, pragmatism, and impact orientation
