📋 Description

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and customers alongside Sales Specialists and local partners • Identify and document customer problems addressable through integrated solutions • Architect and propose validated solutions for individual customer environments • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, Proofs of Concept, and RFP/RFI responses • Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption • Maintain technical leadership through continuous learning in data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, and related technologies • Understand and differentiate Palo Alto Networks solutions against top competitors • Advocate for customers requiring technical assistance and follow up until issues are resolved • Provide sales teams with training and technical support • Provide product management feedback on feature requests and product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE • Experience with L2-L4 Networking • Experience with L2 switching architectures, including Spanning Tree and VLANs/trunking • Experience with IP routing, including static routes, OSPF and BGP, and route re-distribution • Experience with L4 load-balancing • Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working with customers and demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude • Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutions • Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud-delivered network security technologies • Ability to travel, potentially 50%, to support in-person customer meetings • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
