📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority for Machine Identity Management and Trust • Partner with Sales Account Executives to drive complex enterprise deals • Lead customer discovery and align business objectives with NGTS architecture • Design and present custom demonstrations and solutions • Plan, execute, and manage product integrations and proofs of concept/value in enterprise sandbox and customer environments • Establish technical trust with CISOs, Security Architects, PKI teams, and DevOps leads • Provide expert guidance on IT security best practices for machine identities and certificate lifecycle management • Coordinate and complete technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments • Provide field feedback to Product Management, R&D, and Marketing to shape product enhancements and go-to-market strategies • Take responsibility for technical success across assigned accounts and complex sales cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant in enterprise cybersecurity software • Deep understanding of cryptography fundamentals, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), TLS/SSL, SSH keys, X.509 certificates, HSMs, and Post Quantum Computing concerns • Working knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directory/LDAP, MS-SQL, load balancers, and web servers • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Knowledge and use of Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration toolsets • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Salt, Git, and Jenkins • Solid presentation skills • Proven adaptive problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong persuasive abilities to educate technical teams and C-level executive audiences on complex security risks • Ability to discover and prioritize technical needs and navigate interdependencies to eliminate sales obstacles • No immigration sponsorship available for this position • Preferred: experience with Venafi, CyberArk Trust Protection Platform, CyberArk CM SaaS, KeyFactor, or AppViewX • Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or relevant AWS/Azure/Kubernetes (CKA) certifications • Preferred: Palo Alto Networks Next Gen Firewalls, Panorama, or Strata Cloud Manager experience • Preferred: development and scripting tools such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Perl, Python, or Go • Preferred: experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Gemini
