📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and scoping sessions with Sales and Customer Success teams • Draft and finalize Statements of Work, resource allocations, and cost estimates for complex deployments • Translate operational requirements into technical roadmaps involving PKI, workload identity, and API integrations • Maintain accountability for service delivery quality, project margins, and customer satisfaction metrics • Serve as the senior escalation point for technical and operational issues during engagements • Establish delivery methodologies and best practices to accelerate implementation cycles and improve margins • Manage, mentor, and build a team of Machine Identity Management Consultants • Oversee resource utilization, task assignments, and career development paths • Conduct performance evaluations, technical coaching, and hiring to support team scaling • Bridge field consulting operations with internal Product Management and Engineering teams • Feed implementation challenges and customer feature requests into product roadmaps • Align with product release cycles to ensure the consulting team is trained on new software capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration • 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or direct people management role • Deep expertise in Machine Identity Management (MIM), PKI, SSL/TLS certificate automation, and SSH key management • Hands-on experience with software development, REST APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Go), and enterprise integrations • Experience creating Statements of Work, estimating effort, tracking margins, and managing utilization targets • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives • Preferred: experience with zero-trust security frameworks and applying Artificial Intelligence in cybersecurity, development, and automation • Preferred: familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IAM platforms • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the employer will not sponsor work visas
