📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end coordination and execution of complex, multi-project delivery programs • Drive initial customer kickoffs, track critical milestones, and enforce strict scope adherence • Manage strategic allocation and scheduling of delivery consultants across portfolios • Track program profitability, gross margins, bill rates, team hours, and resource utilization • Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical and operational delivery risks • Facilitate rapid problem-solving sessions and manage high-visibility customer escalations • Establish governance cadences, executive reporting dashboards, and formal change management frameworks • Align client leadership, internal executives, and cross-functional teams • Provide operational support and strategic direction to technical teams • Mentor project managers and coordinators • Optimize program management methodologies using best practices, lessons learned, automation tools, and AI integration • Enforce quality assurance standards across program deliverables before client sign-off • Ensure engagements fulfill security solution objectives and maintain customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or equivalent technical education and practical experience • 8+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale (global) technology programs or cybersecurity professional services deployments involving multi-threaded projects, diverse technical teams, and cross-functional resources • Proven capability to own and optimize program financials, including tracking margin health, controlling project burn rates, forecasting revenue, and maximizing resource utilization • Advanced proficiency with enterprise program management and orchestration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) • Familiarity with integrating automation or AI-driven workflows to streamline delivery • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Demonstrated success navigating high-stakes customer conversations, aligning executive stakeholders, and managing complex change • Deep expertise in tool utilization, structured information gathering, risk management frameworks, and dynamic prioritization in fast-paced, shifting enterprise environments • Active Project Management Professional (PMP®), Program Management Professional (PgMP®), or equivalent formal project/program management accreditation preferred • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred • Direct experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments within network security, cloud security, or enterprise SaaS environments preferred • Must not require employer sponsorship for work visas; immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
