📋 Description

• Develop and deliver scaled, technical sales training on the Quantum Security solution and PQC offerings • Identify and pursue high-potential accounts with sales teams • Discover, pitch, and solution Quantum Security and PQC offerings • Lead technical proof-of-value engagements demonstrating Quantum Security solution efficacy • Support sales teams with negotiations and quarterly deal closure • Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel to drive Quantum Security strategies and sales programs • Drive predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or equivalent experience • Preference for 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy, “bizops” functions, or GTM programs • Cybersecurity industry experience, especially Network Security, preferred but not required • Proven experience influencing sales teams and managing cross-functional projects • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority offerings, including market analysis and customer engagement • Preferred experience collaborating with sales teams to create Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist in deal negotiations • Ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to run broad enablement for large audiences on new product features and GTM motions • High familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Apps for Work • Must not require immigration sponsorship; employer will not sponsor work visas for this position
