📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for components and materials used in Pano AI hardware devices • Identify and qualify suppliers • Negotiate and establish vendor contracts, including Master Supply Agreements, securing favorable terms and pricing • Manage cost targets, lead times, and materials availability • Evaluate supply risk and develop mitigation plans • Manage supplier performance, capability development, cost, and quality improvements • Interface with Hardware, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to assess manufacturing service requirements • Develop device and equipment cost models to track spending and identify cost-reduction opportunities • Ensure compliance with applicable export and import regulations • Monitor supply chain conditions and develop continuity plans • Advise management on global supply chain challenges, risks, and pricing trends • Lead the "Buy American" compliance program

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience • 6+ years of total professional experience in business, manufacturing, or technology roles • Experience with contracts and contract management • EMS management experience • Project management skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of outsourced manufacturing service models • Ability to travel up to 10% • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university • Start-up experience or experience in a similarly fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience selecting and managing vendors for complex custom sub-assemblies, contract manufacturing relationships, or other high-complexity strategic partnerships
