• Write technical documentation based on the behavior of the Pantheon platform. • Review documentation written by others. • Act as a maintainer of our Documentation GitHub repository including periodically auditing all documentation. • Set a positive example for how to write and review documentation so that those tasks scale to other co-workers. • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure changes to the platform are appropriately documented. • Coordinate efforts with Marketing and Customer Success so that customer communications are coherent and intentional at high levels of information architecture and granular levels like descriptions of individual features.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience, ideally through systems involving Markdown. • Hands-on experience with website operations, ideally related to WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js • Proficiency in basic developer tooling like Git. • Experience with continuous delivery and agile workflows. • Experience with remote-first online collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and Jira.
