📋 Description

• Lead a team of General Managers for corporate restaurant operations across an area consisting of 6 or more restaurants • Ensure people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image management, restaurant profitability, and assimilation into Papa John’s culture • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices • Utilize company resources, scheduling, deployment, training, and regular restaurant visits • Monitor delivery market sizes and remain current on operational changes • Deploy operational changes and new product training using market resources • Develop strong working relationships with corporate departments and the operations team • Provide quality customer service and maintain a customer base • Create and participate in customer-oriented programs and maintain a strong community presence • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and complaints and ensure timely resolution • Solicit and use customer feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty • Establish a high-performing, positive, and quality-focused market through staffing and talent development • Identify sales growth opportunities and create the market’s strategic direction • Implement targeted marketing and corporate development strategies to meet or exceed financial and business objectives • Monitor plan execution and adjust as necessary • Oversee financial goals through effective use of budgets, investments, and expenditures • Participate in marketing co-ops and evaluate operational profitability and effectiveness • Perform market planning and lead real estate development efforts • Analyze new building, relocation, and remodeling needs • Approve sites with corporate according to market needs and site analysis • Maintain landlord relationships and oversee real estate budgets
