📋 Description
• Build a pipeline of product-focused technical talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities • Keep Greenhouse, the applicant tracking system, updated with accurate candidate information • Schedule interviews through Greenhouse • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial interview stages • Foster relationships with diverse technical talent communities • Facilitate initial recruiter phone screens
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1-3 years or equivalent of technical sourcing experience in a high-volume environment, via search firm or in-house recruiting environment • Knowledge of coding languages, frameworks, and general technical tools • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Greenhouse • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other technical forums
