📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, professional interactions with prospective clients and families. • Conduct comprehensive assessments for prospective clients via phone. • Gather, review, and document detailed clinical and medical information to support admission decisions. • Collaborate and communicate assessment findings with admissions coordinators, clinicians, nurses, and other internal teams. • Support care coordination by ensuring all required clinical information is obtained prior to admission. • Perform administrative duties including auditing and scheduling client admits. • Identify and flag medical, psychiatric, or safety concerns to appropriate teams. • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in CRM and electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all internal policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification required. • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment is strongly preferred. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Experience with EHR and CRM systems preferred. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems quickly. • Ability to work 100% remotely with reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
