📋 Description

• Execute retail strategies that drive sell-in of licensed merchandise across key retail partners • Manage day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, especially Walmart • Work with licensees to boost sales of licensed products • Execute retail strategies across assigned categories • Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution • Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations with licensees • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across licensed products and retail placements • Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards and identify new opportunities • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity • Collaborate with marketing, category, and franchise teams to support campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the Bentonville, AR area • Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development • Robust written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work autonomously with solid organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up • Deep knowledge of retail environments and merchandising strategies • Exemplary relationship management and communication skills • Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions • Experience working with licensed brands or retail partnerships preferred • Working knowledge of entertainment, categories and/or retail industry a plus
