📋 Description

• Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the Footwear and Accessories segment across womens, mens, and kids categories • Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners and coach them to operate within Quince’s rapid replenishment, Made-to-Consumer model • Train suppliers on Quince OS, including operational efficiency, financial modeling, and Vendor Portal capabilities • Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development teams to introduce new styles and colors approved through the NPC process • Ensure high-quality standards with a defect rate below 0.5% • Optimize the supply chain for speed and accuracy, targeting replenishment lead times below 14 days • Maintain inventory availability above 99% in-stock • Improve margin accretion through cost efficiencies and strategic sourcing • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with supplier management, analyzing strategy, performance highlights, and improvement areas • Scout and vet potential suppliers in the Western Hemisphere • Pitch Quince’s business model to manufacturing partners • Conduct cost analyses for core products • Ensure long-term supplier success and drive operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing focused on footwear/accessories and leather goods, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers • Established factory partnerships in footwear and accessories across the Americas and/or Asia • Track record of leveraging vendor expertise to design, cost-engineer, and bring products to market • Experience in lean manufacturing, just-in-time processes, and supply chain optimization • Strong analytical, organizational, execution, problem-solving, and process-improvement abilities • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and supplier partners • Ability to self-manage in a remote/home-office setting • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Fluent Spanish • Bachelor’s degree preferred
