📋 Description

• Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website, including site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the performance and experience roadmap • Own GEO and AEO strategy, improving how Sysdig's content surfaces in AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior • Own conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy using GA4 and behavioral data • Lead and mentor an internal web developer, overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery • Manage the site's technical foundation, including architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health • Report web performance to marketing leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in web development or web strategy • 2+ years managing technical projects or people • Strong hands-on experience with site architecture, CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Webflow experience is a plus • Working understanding of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and AI-driven search • Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance using GA4 • Agency management experience • Ability to communicate across technical and marketing leadership contexts • Self-directed ownership of outcomes end to end
