• Manage the daily operation and deployment of Covenant House International’s digital footprint with agency partners • Manage Asana, content stewardship, and campaign life cycles • Contribute to annual strategies for constituent-base expansion, revenue maximization, and digital file growth • Maintain revenue and expense budget trackers for digital programs • Assist with deployment of segment-specific donor journeys and maintain documentation • Help deploy responses to emergent fundraising opportunities and crises • Research and propose innovative approaches and investments for testing • Maintain an archive of pilot-testing KPIs • Assist with integrated marketing campaigns across relevant communication channels • Serve as project manager for digital campaigns • Prioritize integrated cross-channel communication according to annual plans, budget constraints, and emergent needs • Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners on donor and lead onboarding and conversion programs
• Minimum of three years of project management experience in the digital space • Experience ideally within a nonprofit organization focused on social impact • Experience developing and implementing direct marketing activities • Experience working directly on or regularly collaborating with face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital channel programs • Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices • Knowledge of annual giving/direct mail, print production, telemarketing, digital marketing, joint allocation of funds, and basic analytical principles • Ability to use quantitative, data-driven approaches with fundraising data, reporting, budgets, and forecasting • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills • High initiative, goal attainment, and ability to motivate and engage donors • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously with accountability and as an effective team player • Ability to develop and execute creative solicitation strategies • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Bachelor’s degree is listed under preferred qualifications • Diverse fundraising experience with mass-market and other audiences • Understanding of one-to-many and high-touch fundraising approaches • Ability and willingness to travel to site and office locations up to 10–15% of the time
