📋 Description

• Ensure THD At Home Services compliance with state and local regulatory license requirements • Hold and maintain specific trade licenses on behalf of THD • Build and maintain relationships with state and local officials and trade organizations • Oversee Service Provider compliance with licensing, permitting, inspections, and professional/trade standards • Perform jobsite quality and compliance audits and jobsite supervision • Act as THD’s representative in matters connected with the building contractor business • Resolve customer complaints related to THD Services installations and approve customer satisfaction markdowns up to $1,000 • Meet with state and local officials and trade groups to resolve compliance issues • Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify risk and non-compliance • Report findings and propose solutions and process improvements • Lead a work group by assigning and reviewing work, training, and contributing to performance appraisals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum high school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion • Minimum 6 years of work experience • Must hold or be able to pass exams to hold specified trade contractor licenses, such as General Contractor, Master Plumber, HVAC Contractor, or Electrical Contractor • Ability to pass state, county, or city regulated trade exams within the specified region • Ability to manage Service Provider performance for compliance with regulatory law and Service Provider Agreements • Effective interpersonal skills to develop relationships, persuade others, resolve problems, and produce customer satisfaction • Ability to perform data analysis and derive meaningful conclusions • Ability to develop and implement process improvements and resolve complex issues • Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
