📋 Description

• Manage and independently adjudicate accommodation requests, including complex and high-risk cases, in accordance with ADA/ADAAA, Section 504, PWFA and applicable laws • Lead the interactive accommodation process with employees, managers, HR, and Legal • Review and interpret medical documentation and functional limitations • Determine accommodation feasibility, approvals, denials, or alternatives • Develop, implement, and maintain accommodation policies, procedures, templates, and documentation standards • Advise leadership and HR on accommodation matters, risk mitigation, and compliance strategy • Deliver training and guidance to supervisors and departments on legal obligations and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Disability Studies, Special Education, or related field • 3–5+ years managing employee accommodations or disability services • Knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, Section 504, PWFA, and applicable employment laws • Experience applying ADA and employment law • Ability to analyze medical documentation and functional limitations • Case management experience • Policy development experience • Training facilitation experience • Experience using HRIS or accommodation systems • Certifications: None required • Experience in regulated or higher education environments preferred • Assistive technology coordination experience preferred • Relevant HR or ADA certifications preferred
