📋 Description

• Interview and select candidates for openings • Set goals for associates and assign tasks and duties • Conduct on-the-job training and develop associates’ skills • Prepare disciplinary write-ups and conduct performance reviews • Make recommendations for salary adjustments • Approve timecards for FTEs • Own and continuously improve the Delivery Team’s operating framework, governance structure, and processes • Lead development and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with broader business line strategy • Drive accountability for roadmap objectives and identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles • Assess resource requirements and coordinate internal and external resources • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable programs, project phases, and sprint plans • Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices • Monitor program performance, milestones, and key metrics • Provide updates and recommendations to leadership and Steering Committee stakeholders • Identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment • Recommend process improvements, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives • Establish program governance standards for project execution, reporting, and change management • Collaborate with manager on department budget and resource planning • Maintain awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management policies • Deliver consistent, high-level service within Serving More standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, project management, or equivalent relevant work experience • 4–6 years’ experience leading complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives preferred • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred • Sponsorship not available • Ability to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time • Ability to operate a computer constantly, up to 50% of the time • Ability to remain in constant communication with coworkers, customers, and/or stakeholders • Ability to work Monday through Friday
