📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs, including onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications • Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details • Support day-to-day administration across Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio • Maintain accurate enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records • Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership • Triage incoming enablement requests, route them to the appropriate owners, and help keep routine field requests moving • Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events, including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in an operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative role • Strong organizational instincts and comfort managing many small moving pieces at once • Confidence with calendar tools and spreadsheets • Track record of picking up new SaaS platforms quickly • Clear written communication • Ability to coordinate across US and European time zones • Sound judgment about what to handle independently and what to escalate • Enablement or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
