📋 Description

• Own dynamic pricing entries and price book updates end-to-end • Resolve price book discrepancies and coordinate with IT when system-level assistance is required • Maintain pricing data integrity for downstream quoting and reporting • Own pricing addendum issues from intake through resolution • Route addendum requests to Legal partners and track them to closure • Own SKU lifecycle and tariff issues • Maintain product setup, governance, and sellability • Answer SKU data status, completeness, and readiness inquiries • Update commercial artifacts and validate quotes for hardware SKU workflows before eCommerce handoff • Co-own account and master-data accuracy and investigate ERP-versus-Salesforce sync issues • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce teams • Provide backup support for CPQ / Deal Builder and quoting issues • Support reporting, renewal-view, and quote-versus-opportunity reconciliation • Route and track pricing, addendum, and SKU issues using tracker-based workflows • Escalate recurring or systemic issues for governance-level resolution • Report to the Director, Revenue Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, pricing operations, product/master-data management, or a related analytical role • Proven ability to own pricing and product data end-to-end • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ / Deal Builder) • Familiarity with ERP / master-data environments (Dynamics 365 / F&O or equivalent) • Experience with price book and pricing-entry tooling • Experience maintaining structured records in Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent • Ability to translate between business and systems language • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience coordinating across Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce teams • Highly detail-oriented and disciplined about process and routing • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
