📋 Description

• Serve as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more delivery teams • Own and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Design and evolve ceremony formats according to team maturity and context • Ensure ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, inclusive, and outcome-oriented • Drive retrospective action items to completion and measure improvement over time • Identify, log, and drive impediments to resolution, including those owned outside the team • Escalate blockers when organizational support is required • Create conditions for team focus and sustainable delivery pace • Manage dependencies across internal teams and delivery partners • Coach teams on Scrum values, principles, and practices • Foster psychological safety, transparency, and continuous improvement • Support Product Delivery Leads and Delivery Managers in applying agile practices • Coach Associate Scrum Masters informally and contribute improvement ideas across the Scrum Master team • Own team-level agile health metrics, including velocity, sprint goal achievement, cycle time, and predictability • Maintain team boards, sprint reports, and delivery dashboards • Surface delivery risks and team health concerns to leadership • Drive data-informed retrospectives and sprint-over-sprint improvement • Communicate team progress, delivery health, and impediments to Delivery Managers and stakeholders • Collaborate on backlog readiness, refinement quality, and sprint readiness • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery flow with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers • Leverage AI tools to identify delivery risks and trends, summarize sprint and retrospective insights, improve reporting efficiency, and support data-informed continuous improvement with human review and judgment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience with a delivery team • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification • Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and agile values • Experience independently facilitating retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily standups • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tools • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills • Ability to independently support one to two teams of moderate complexity through full sprint cycles • Ability to influence team behavior and culture without positional authority • CSP-SM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PSM II certification preferred • Experience working on customer-facing SaaS or platform delivery teams preferred • Familiarity with retail technology, POS systems, or loyalty platforms preferred • Background in agile coaching, lean practices, or continuous delivery preferred • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and collaborating with Product Delivery Leads, Delivery Managers, and delivery partners • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
