• Lead research, evaluation, and impact storytelling for K-12 global education products • Partner with sales, program implementation, and marketing teams to align evaluation work with school and district priorities • Translate program data into clear, decision-ready impact stories, one-pagers, school board materials, and partner-facing briefs • Engage with district- and school-level data and research staff, share underlying data, and answer technical methodology questions • Build layered research materials including plain-language summaries and technical appendices • Develop evaluation plans with internal stakeholders • Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations of educational offerings • Lead annual survey development, administration, analysis, and reporting • Build internal knowledge of instructional trends to strengthen programs and messaging • Manage research projects through completion, including timelines, budget, and stakeholder coordination • Review literature on global learning and dual language education best practices • Establish and maintain program data governance standards • Manage program-specific data sharing agreements and collaborate on FERPA and privacy compliance • Promote responsible handling of confidential program information through training, documentation, and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned
• Master's Degree in educational planning, research, statistics, or related field required • 5 years leading evaluations, assessments, or research in a relevant field • Ability to translate data into decision-ready narratives for non-academic audiences • Comfort presenting to and answering technical questions from district and school research analysts • Ability to produce plain-language summaries and technical appendices covering methodology, sample sizes, effect sizes, and limitations • Experience with K-12 student growth and proficiency data and teacher effectiveness/EVAAS data • Working knowledge of statistics, including sample design, power calculations, and data analysis • Familiarity with statistical software such as Stata, SPSS, or SAS • Demonstrated experience leading quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method research studies • Ability to think creatively, strategically, critically, and analytically • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Preferred: experience in the K-12 education sector • Preferred: familiarity with local, district, state, and national education policy • Preferred: experience writing for sales enablement, marketing, or executive communications • Preferred: familiarity with B2B/B2G sales cycles in education • Proficiency in a second language preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau or similar CRM/data visualization platforms is a plus • Doctorate is a plus, not required • Passion for global perspectives, languages, cultures, travel, and interconnectedness • Willingness to take on work beyond strict role boundaries when serving the team or mission
