📋 Description

• Lead the regional implementation and evolution of the Enterprise Service Management Practice strategy • Embed the global practice strategy within the region while ensuring consulting excellence, delivery quality, and commercial performance • Develop ESM solutions, reusable intellectual property, and AI-enabled capabilities • Lead and enable Principal Consultants and Product Owners • Represent the Practice with key clients, Atlassian, and partners • Own regional Practice performance, capabilities, skills development, and the ESM shadow P&L • Oversee complex and strategic engagements and advise strategic clients • Partner with Delivery Management on capacity, skills, and enablement needs • Set team objectives, manage priorities and capacity, and support career progression • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Practice talent • Support strategic opportunities, solution design, statements of work, delivery models, pipeline reviews, and deal assurance • Drive adoption of the ESM solution catalogue and reusable components • Own the regional lifecycle and development of ESM solutions and AI-enabled capabilities • Act as design authority and drive repeatable solutions across Consulting, Sales, and Delivery • Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, Global Partner Management, and Solutions teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Professional Services or Consulting leader • Proven track record leading teams and complex engagements in a technology environment • Strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and client-facing expertise • Ability to turn strategy into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes • Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management • Fluency in English • Atlassian and Jira Service Management experience considered a strong advantage • Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem and its ESM portfolio considered a strong advantage • Ability to work in an international environment • Ability to undertake occasional international travel
