• Provide direct administrative and clinical oversight, training, and supervision to PartnersACCESS clinicians and specialists • Oversee 24/7/365 telephonic screening, triage, referral, and customer service functions • Schedule coverage and ensure smooth daily operation of the PartnersACCESS call center • Support subordinates in operational, administrative, and management decision-making • Evaluate performance and recommend hiring, termination, and other personnel actions • Analyze staffing needs and recommend staffing patterns and schedules with the Workforce Operations Analyst • Collect and analyze data related to PartnersACCESS, capacity, and service eligibility • Develop policies and procedures related to access to services • Orient and train departmental staff and the community on accessing behavioral health care • Support and incorporate quality management and accreditation principles • Supervise contracts with local hospitals and the single portal for state facility admissions • Ensure continuous operation of high-quality programs meeting federal, state, and local requirements • Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders • Meet with providers and community stakeholders to promote understanding of Partners and timely access to quality services • Monitor budget and staff productivity and recommend efficiencies • Provide leadership in accreditation and quality improvement activities • Travel as needed to perform job duties
• Licensed Clinician or Registered Nurse • 4 years of combined Crisis Call Center and clinical experience in MH/SU/DD • 2 years of administrative supervisory experience • Must have ability to travel as needed to perform job duties • Must reside in North Carolina • Current unrestricted LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT or LCAS licensure with the appropriate professional board of licensure in North Carolina, or licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the N.C. Board of Nursing • Must comply with respective licensure board’s continuing education/training requirements to maintain an active license • Comprehensive knowledge of DSM-5TR, social work and psychological principles, behavioral health assessments, clinical treatment techniques, and service delivery systems • Experience with moderate to severe mental health, substance use disorder, intellectual and other developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury • Knowledge of mental illness, diagnostic categories, individual and family dynamics, crisis intervention, brief counseling, and intervention techniques • Working knowledge of psychiatric medications and side effects, mental health regulations, and the North Carolina mental health system • Knowledge of screening and referral processes and connecting consumers with community resources • Problem solving, negotiation, arbitration, and conflict resolution skills • Microsoft, Excel, and other call center platform experience and mastery • Good oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, management, and leadership skills • Ability to organize extensive clinical data, multiple tasks, and priorities, and manage projects from start to finish • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Ability to apply complex criteria to clinical cases to determine service eligibility and treatment referrals • Ability to train staff on system programs, forms, clinical skills, and telecommunications • Ability to work independently and confidentially with staff, providers, service agencies, stakeholders, and officials • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
