📋 Description

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability development • Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance • Guide leaders on performance management and quality feedback • Provide balanced guidance on employee relations matters • Identify people risks and organizational challenges • Collaborate with People Operations and Innovation teams for smooth employee lifecycle experience • Contribute to HR strategy implementation and propose innovative initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR business partnering or client-facing HR roles • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proven track record of coaching and supporting leaders and teams • Deep knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones • Familiarity with life sciences, scientific research, or biotechnology environments is a plus • Collaborative and influential with strong relationship-building skills • Ability to anticipate needs and think strategically • Integrity, transparency, and accountability
