📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and external partners • Build integrated plans across priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and readiness • Establish operating cadences and executive visibility for complex programs • Anticipate risks and dependencies and drive resolution before they materially impact outcomes • Bring leaders together to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely decisions • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes • Lead end-to-end Customer Data Platform program execution across Data, Product, Engineering, Ad Tech, Security, Privacy and business teams • Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, dependencies, readiness and adoption • Ensure CDP initiatives have clear ownership, milestones, success measures and decision paths • Connect technical delivery to business use cases and adoption • Create visibility into program health, risks, dependencies and outcomes for senior leaders • Shape and drive strategic AI initiatives across Product and Technology, from pilots to cross-functional execution • Serve as a senior program leadership partner to Product, Engineering, Data and business leaders • Escalate material risks or unresolved decisions with context and recommendations • Influence across functions without direct authority • Partner with the Tech PMO team to strengthen program and portfolio practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program, transformation or technology delivery experience • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team technology programs • Hands-on experience delivering a Customer Data Platform implementation, from vendor selection or build through integration and adoption • Experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and business teams • Strong technical literacy and credibility with Product, Engineering and Data leaders • Deep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management and executive communication • Ability to create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions without direct authority • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology execution to business outcomes • Experience leading platform implementations, vendor integrations or technology transformation programs • Experience helping teams adopt AI or other emerging technology responsibly, moving from pilots to scaled, governed practice • Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment, including privacy and security review
