📋 Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners • Manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and service-related requests • Review policy documentation and coverage changes for carrier requirements, agency procedures, and compliance standards • Coordinate new business onboarding from sales to ongoing account service • Identify coverage gaps, account rounding opportunities, and additional client needs • Facilitate communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues • Support remarketing efforts and account servicing throughout the policy lifecycle • Maintain accurate documentation, account records, and system updates • Deliver responsive, high-quality client service and coverage guidance for personal lines accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, insurance servicing, or a related client-facing role • High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field • Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License or Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Insurance License • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverage concepts, underwriting principles, and client service practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of service • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and business technology tools • Experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry is a valuable addition • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a valuable addition • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and agency management systems is a valuable addition • Familiarity with account remarketing, account rounding, and cross-selling opportunities is a valuable addition • Demonstrated ability to identify coverage gaps and support producers in meeting client needs is a valuable addition • Ongoing professional development, insurance coursework, or industry designations is a valuable addition
