📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to diverse client systems, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders via telehealth • Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups via telehealth • Collaborate with treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure continuity of client care • Create and maintain person-centered treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs • Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment and timely documentation according to agency standards • Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural and ethnic differences • Complete agency training, including certification in evidence-based treatment models • Provide psycho-educational services to the community as assigned by a Supervisor or Director • Maintain advanced knowledge and skills through continuing education per state licensure requirements • Provide at least three hours of client care outside 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field • Current, active, unencumbered independent license as an LCPC, LCMFT, LCP, or LSCSW • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent clinical situations • Ability to provide therapy to youth and adults ages 12 and up across the lifespan • Ability and desire to work as part of a clinical team while being self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision • Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks • Ability to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills according to evolving agency needs and services • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Adobe, and other electronic signature applications • Experience and comfort conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing software • Ability to independently set up and troubleshoot video conferencing technology • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other digital tools used in teletherapy • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to clients clearly and accessibly • Familiarity with privacy and security regulations related to telehealth services • Willingness to adapt to new technology and software • All employees must submit to and pass a background check and drug screening • Preferred: Experience or training in TF-CBT, CBT, ABFT, or other evidence-based practice • Preferred: 1 year of experience providing group therapy
