📋 Description

• Build and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks across Salesforce and connected business systems • Create and execute comprehensive test strategies balancing automation with exploratory and manual testing • Own test management processes and align test coverage with business requirements and release objectives • Embed automated validation into deployment pipelines • Collaborate with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle • Expand and maintain regression coverage as platforms and business processes evolve • Validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected technologies • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution • Develop robust test data and environment management practices • Deliver release-readiness reporting and quality insights to stakeholders • Evaluate emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Prevent production issues, reduce risk, and improve reliability and scalability of revenue and business systems

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across automated and manual testing • Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms • Proven ability to design test strategies for complex business applications and workflows • Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling • Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation • Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions • Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices • Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages • Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience • Valid right to work in United States • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred) • Experience testing marketing automation, event management, or revenue technology platforms (preferred) • Experience establishing or scaling quality engineering and automation programs within growing organizations (preferred) • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks, including ID verification, reference requests, and qualification checks
