📋 Description

• Partner with the People & Talent Team to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities across People Operations • Build a scalable, up-to-date AI-first onboarding experience • Convert manual People workflows into automated, AI-powered systems • Build AI agents and workflows that answer questions, gather information, initiate processes, and complete defined actions • Integrate AI systems with HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance, compensation, and other internal systems • Build internal tools and interfaces for employees, managers, and the People team • Prototype quickly, test with real users, learn, and iterate • Establish human-in-the-loop controls, escalation paths, permissions, and safeguards for sensitive People workflows • Partner with Engineering and IT on architecture, security, access controls, and productionizing successful prototypes • Measure time savings, employee-experience improvements, and quality and consistency of People Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career engineer • Comfortable adopting new AI models and modes quickly • Experience integrating AI into workflows and experimenting with advanced AI capabilities • Ability to build AI-powered workflows, agents, internal tools, and interfaces • Knowledge of APIs and automation • Ability to integrate AI systems with HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance, compensation, and other internal systems • Ability to establish human-in-the-loop controls, escalation paths, permissions, and safeguards • Ability to partner on architecture, security, access controls, and productionizing prototypes • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and learn continuously
