📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM • Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools • Execute parallel payroll validation against legacy system outputs and resolve variances before production cutover • Perform Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards • Coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking • Design and execute performance and load testing • Implement defect management using JIRA or equivalent tools • Test integration interfaces with federal systems including EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, payroll providers, Employee Express, and MyPay • Validate Oracle quarterly updates through targeted regression testing • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and continuous testing improvements • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution summary reports • Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues independently • Mentor less experienced team members and serve as a program-wide technical resource • Lead small work efforts and technical initiatives, conduct technical reviews, and guide junior consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • US citizenship required • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree • 7+ years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications • 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent • Experience with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud • Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Test Plans • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile continuous testing practices, including test-driven development and shift-left strategies • Experience coordinating UAT activities, including test planning, execution support, and defect triage • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Desired: 8+ years of testing experience with at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification desired • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Oracle Load Testing • Experience performing Section 508 accessibility testing using ANDI, axe, or JAWS • Knowledge of federal HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel action workflows • Experience with parallel payroll validation methodologies and automated payroll comparison testing • Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in enterprise HCM or ERP environments
