📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions across IT and business operations • Build and support solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio • Develop integrations between cloud and on-premises systems using REST APIs and web services • Create and maintain reusable automation workflows, scripts, and templates • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify manual processes suitable for automation • Develop workflows interacting with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms • Monitor automation performance and proactively resolve issues • Document automation solutions, technical designs, and operational procedures • Participate in solution architecture reviews and recommend automation and integration best practices • Ensure automation solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements • Deliver reductions in manual operational tasks and improved process reliability • Build well-documented, scalable automation solutions and secure enterprise-system integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems integration, or application development • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web-based integrations • Experience designing and troubleshooting API authentication and authorization processes • Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript • Experience integrating cloud services and enterprise applications • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High-speed internet required for remote work, with Cable or Fiber ONLY and Ethernet capability • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), or 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use) • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Graph API • Preferred: Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Preferred: Experience with Power Platform governance, environments, and Center of Excellence best practices • Preferred: Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud products • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or related certifications
