📋 Description

• Develop custom solutions for Payroll and HR system customers using system tools, SQL, and, in some cases, high-level language tools • Interact with clients to gather requirements • Develop solutions using financial and mathematical concepts • Interface with customer payroll data using SQL and reporting programs • Test calculations, reports, and system configurations; troubleshoot problems • Validate end-product functionality against requirement specifications • Partner with internal teams to refine customer requirements or identify alternative solutions • Set client expectations for milestone dates • Explain rules, interfaces, reports, and calculations to customers to ensure customizations meet their needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Basic knowledge of SQL • One year of experience with Crystal Reports or SQL Reporting Services • Experience modifying SQL Server stored procedures • Experience modifying SQL Server Reporting Services reports • Prior payroll experience is a plus • Experience programming or reporting for accounting or payroll functions is a plus • Familiarity with XML or XSLT translation is a plus • Availability five days per week during designated work hours • Must work from within the U.S.
