📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions • Build Python services integrating AI platforms with enterprise applications • Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhook handlers, and system integrations • Configure and extend conversational AI workflows using platforms such as IntelePeer CAP • Develop AI-driven voice automation solutions and conversational experiences • Integrate AI applications with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and healthcare applications • Build data transformation and normalization processes for AI workflows • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployed AI solutions • Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and technical planning • Develop automated testing strategies for AI workflows and integrations • Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of production AI applications • Work with technical leadership on enterprise healthcare projects and help shape the growing AI automation practice

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing applications using Python • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs • Experience building webhook-based integrations • Understanding of workflow automation concepts • Experience integrating third-party platforms and enterprise systems • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Experience supporting production applications • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with one or more of: conversational AI platforms, voice automation, Twilio, IntelePeer CAP, Retell AI, Amazon Connect, CPaaS platforms, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OpenAI APIs, AI workflow orchestration, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, healthcare technology, HIPAA-compliant environments, CRM integrations, and reporting and analytics platforms
