📋 Description

• Lead to lease conversion • Nurture and manage leads to work them down the buying funnel and to a qualified application or leads • Evaluate the position of a property within its market, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, to craft a value proposition to increase sales • Refine existing value propositions as needed and share with key stakeholders for consistency across marketing channels • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the appropriate platforms to create a positive experience for internal and external customers • Target residents with the highest propensity to renew through personalized communication strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate the PeakMade mindsets and contribute to the team and company culture • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and overcome leasing objections • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple sales leads simultaneously • Capable of identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs • 2+ years of sales experience necessary • Experience with EliseAI preferred • High degree of proficiency in Entrata preferred
