📋 Description

• Leverage CX best practices and data analysis to provide actionable insights from structured and unstructured customer feedback • Define use cases for new data models or views that empower teams to make decisions • Identify gaps and growth opportunities in data collection across the end-to-end customer journey • Identify new sources of customer feedback for aggregated CX analysis • Leverage AI and automation to increase engagement with closed feedback loop activities • Analyze customer experience data across products, business units, and geographies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities • Develop actionable insights and reporting outputs supporting business-defined use cases and data-informed decision-making • Prepare and present analysis-based reports tailored to stakeholder needs • Design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards for business teams • Apply statistical analysis for customer segmentation, audience deep dives, and advanced analytical needs • Build and maintain topic models supporting business use cases and visibility into the end-to-end customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Customer Experience measurement principles and techniques, including NPS and/or CSAT metrics • Experience with reporting, analysis, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel • Ability to facilitate discussions, communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and build strong stakeholder relationships • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with ability to analyze complex information • Ability to understand organizational priorities and connect analytical work to business outcomes • Experience supporting data, reporting, business intelligence, or data warehouse initiatives • BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Data Science, Math, or relevant experience • Experience as a CX Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Preferred: Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey tooling • Preferred: Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Preferred: Experience using AI to capture and/or analyze customer behavior or feedback • Preferred: Familiarity with web marketing, including SEO, AdWords, social media tagging, and UTM parameters • Preferred: Proficiency with JSON, XML, and CSV data formats
