📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, reporting needs, and performance challenges • Design, develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations • Build reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI, and other BI tools • Execute, validate, maintain, and distribute recurring reporting • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities • Develop actionable recommendations supported by data and business impact analysis • Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual effort • Lead reporting and analytics workstreams from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support • Present findings and recommendations to managers and operational leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics solutions • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI, and other BI tools • Ability to work fully remotely • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
