📋 Description

• Call on veterinary customers and work with distributor partners to grow product sales and animal health category market share • Assist customers with orders and answer questions about products • Expand product awareness within the assigned territory • Meet overall and key growth-product sales quotas through demand generation • Launch new products and defend legacy products • Build and demonstrate technical knowledge, verbal fluency, and veterinary practice expertise • Build relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel to maintain and grow account relevance and access • Develop and execute Territory Business Plans and resource allocations • Implement PRN resources and follow up to maximize ROI • Meet field activity expectations, including sales calls and medical education programs • Develop and execute account- and veterinarian-level call cycles • Leverage CRM tools to enhance customer relationships • Lead by example and mentor the sales team • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of sales experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry • Experience calling on and managing distributor accounts • Experience managing a geographically large sales territory • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Advanced experience using CRMs to drive sales • Up to 90% travel • Must reside within assigned territory • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen • Employment eligibility verification for work in the United States
