📋 Description

• Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances • Analyze credit worthiness of new customers and recommend appropriate credit limits • Complete customer account setup processes • Observe fraud prevention guidelines • Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents • Address payment issues such as double payments or other discrepancies • Engage Collection Team as necessary to resolve payment issues • Other duties as assigned • Reconcile account receivables, post payment applications to customer AR, and contact customers to resolve delinquent payment issues

🎯 Requirements

• Professional level verbal and written communication in French and English is a requirement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ethical and critical thinking • Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives • Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting • Prior experience in B2B collections required • Prior credit analysis experience is a plus
