📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, owning the relationship from kickoff through delivery • Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders through clear communication, transparency, and accountability • Lead client-facing ceremonies including kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and executive updates • Manage expectations by providing timely, accurate updates on progress, risks, and dependencies • Own issue and escalation management, triaging concerns, coordinating resolution, and communicating action plans to clients • Partner with clients on scope changes and evolving requirements • Own the end-to-end delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all workstreams • Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment • Ensure tasks are defined, assigned, followed up on, and completed as committed • Translate delivery progress into updates for clients and internal leadership • Escalate delivery risks internally and drive corrective actions • Maintain a high-level understanding of solution architecture, integrations, tools, and delivery approaches • Participate in technical discussions and design reviews • Translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented insights • Connect engineers, data scientists, architects, and client teams • Coordinate cross-functional engineering, data, QA, cloud, and project stakeholders • Support planning, onboarding, and capacity alignment • Clarify priorities and reinforce ownership across the delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing or consulting environment • Good understanding of modern software delivery practices (Agile, cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, data platforms) • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value • Proven experience owning delivery outcomes, timelines, and client relationships • Preferred: Background in software engineering, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related field • Preferred: Experience delivering AI/ML or analytics-driven solutions • Preferred: Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud environments • Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification • Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and project tracking dashboards
