📋 Description

• Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports/events • Adjust odds based on game state, injuries, cards, key events, market movement, and betting activity • Execute liability-aware decisions including price moves, market suspension, and stake/limit considerations • Ensure pricing is competitive versus key operators such as Bet365 and Pinnacle • Operate within event templates and market tiers, adjusting when required • Monitor and react to sharp or arbitrage activity • Use internal tools to track exposure and performance • Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization • Support Sports Betting products, prices, risk management, Boosts, Specials, Promotions, and Player Props

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, business or other fields within analytical disciplines • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk within the areas of insurance or finance advantageous • Good all round sports betting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds required • Data obsessed, not just data driven • Excellent mathematical skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays • Able to multitask and work under pressure • Ability to work in fast paced environment and make decisions quickly • Exceptional time management skills • High attention to detail and precision in delivery • Ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting • Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
