📋 Description

• Own the client relationship from start to finish as the face of PCT for assigned accounts • Collaborate with founders and leaders to design strategic hiring plans • Guide founders and first-time hiring managers in building high-signal interview processes • Coach interview teams to execute interview processes effectively • Provide compensation, talent availability, and hiring-trend market intelligence to clients • Run full-cycle searches across Engineering and adjacent technical functions, including Product, Design, Data, and Security • Source, identify, screen, assess, and close hard-to-find technical talent • Build pipelines beyond inbound and referrals through creative sourcing strategies • Develop tools, prompts, sequences, and automations to improve recruiting workflows • Use AI tools for research synthesis, outreach drafting, and pipeline analysis • Conduct structured A/B tests on outreach messaging, sourcing channels, and process design • Share workflow and process innovations across PCT • Track pipeline health, pass-through rates, and search progress to drive client decisions • Apply data and experience-based pattern recognition to recruiting decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Senior, principal-level individual contributor profile • Track record independently managing full-cycle technical searches • Ability to quickly earn the trust of CTOs or VPs of Engineering • Ownership of recruiting outcomes, not only activities • Experience across sourcing, screening, client strategy, job-description writing, and interview design • Experience building or significantly improving a workflow, tool, or process • Daily use of Claude or comparable AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis • Genuine interest in agentic and API-driven recruiting tools • Creative problem-solving and willingness to test alternative sourcing solutions • Ability to distinguish strong candidates from exceptional candidates and push back on clients when necessary • Clear, independent communication with founders, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and searches simultaneously • Ability to operate autonomously and manage one's own schedule • Experience with Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, Pin, Claude, or comparable AI-native recruiting tools • Availability for an average of 4–5 hours of daily overlap within the 9–6pm PT timezone
