📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and implement departmental Quality Assurance programs, policies, and procedures • Lead QA operations by evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements • Administer and monitor the Quality Control Program • Conduct internal audits and inspections and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Partner with operations, IT, and compliance teams to foster a culture of quality • Implement performance measurement tools and methodologies, leveraging metrics to identify trends and drive improvements • Manage quality-related training and development for team members • Monitor industry best practices, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to improve product and service delivery • Serve as the DHS QA Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of PERSEC (Personnel Security) and/or BI (Background Investigation) experience with a BS/BA • US Citizenship • Favorable T5 (Tier 5) investigation clearance or equivalent • Comprehensive knowledge of BI policies, procedures, and compliance standards • Strong background in Project and Process Management, with a track record of leading successful initiatives • Proficiency in utilizing performance metrics for operational performance and trend analysis • Understanding of competitive landscapes, best practices, products, systems, and analytics • Experience implementing the DHS Quality Contact Program and maintaining compliance with standards and requirements • Expertise in conducting and managing a two-tier ROI review process • Ability to administer and oversee a department-wide Quality Control Program
